Lana Crowster is a dynamic creative professional with over two decades of experience in the arts and entertainment industry. A versatile artist, producer, and entrepreneur, she has carved out a distinctive path across music, media, and cultural storytelling. Her work reflects a deep commitment to artistic excellence, innovation, and social impact.

Lana’s career highlights include leading and performing with the acclaimed Lady Day Big Band, producing cross-genre musical projects, and collaborating with a wide range of artists both locally and internationally. With a background that spans live performance, studio production, event curation, and brand development, she brings a holistic and visionary approach to every creative endeavor.

In her role as Junior Producer at Storybridge Consulting, Lana oversees the company’s marketing and communication strategies, bringing stories to life with clarity, resonance, and cultural relevance. She also spearheads all music-related initiatives within the organization, combining her artistic expertise with a sharp strategic focus. Lana’s passion for authentic storytelling and her ability to bridge creative and operational roles make her an invaluable asset in shaping compelling narratives that connect with diverse audiences.

Chesray Dolpha

CHESRAY DOLPHA

Founder and Executive Creative Producer

Chesray Dolpha is a South African-raised theatre maker, director, and storyteller. Her recent credits include Tina: The Tina Turner Musical on Broadway, Push Party,  Fabulation, or the Re-Education of Undine, Voices of Gen Z, Homecoming, Spirit Songs, and Memories We’ve Found.

Chesray was the Director of Education and Community Engagement at the Classical Theatre of Harlem, where she developed innovative theater arts education programs at the intersection of arts and advocacy. She also served as the Artistic Director of the Broadway Advocacy Coalition, focusing on artivism, storytelling, and social justice. Chesray has held roles at the Harlem School of the Arts and various other theatre arts organizations. She earned a Master’s in International Development Public Administration and Non-Profit Management from NYU as the Oprah Winfrey African Women Public Service Fellow and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of the Western Cape.
